Crusader's Tracker App
The All-In-One Tool For The System
Settings

Download the app. The first step of a crusade is setting a weekly goal of activities that will be the measure of your performance.
- How many hours will you work at your regular job?
- How many good habits will you commit to?
- Which 2 vices will you avoid for the 30-day habit fast?
- How many free hours will you use to advance your cause?
Home

To track what you do for your goals, let’s check out the Home Page. On the bottom you will see you’re weekly crusade point goal (based on your settings). You will also notice 4 important central buttons.
- Track Habits
- Track Hours
- Day Score
- Week Score
As you track your hours and habits, the day and week scores propogate in real time. Let’s imagine you touch the button labeled, Track Habits, which opens the next screen.
Track Habits

On the Track Habits page, you will log what you do by touching the white buttons, which turn black. You will see point values for each when performed. The habits to resist align with vices you chose to give up on the settings page for your 30-day habits fast. As you log a habit, the daily points change at the top of the page. The scores also change on the home page. Next, let’s see what happens when you touch the Track Hours button on the home screen.
Track Hours

On the Track Hours page, you log your daily Job Hours (equal to 1 point each) and your daily Impact Hours (equal to 3 points each). Your extra effort beyond a regular job is weighted heavily in the system. Even if your goal is to advance in your present career, the extra effort beyond the job is always what fuels the upward trajectory. As you log your work hours, the scores change on the home page in real time. Next, let’s take a look at the Listen Page on the Crusader’s Tracker app.
Listen

On the Listen Page, you will find recordings of both the Crusader’s Creed daily affirmation and the Expectancy guided meditation. You will also see a voice recorder to make your own customized recordings for more powerful mental practices. There is no perfect script for these recordings, but the one’s provided on this website will get you started. Refer to the Resource Page.
Timer

The Timer Feature needs no explanation. It was installed on the app for convenience to track impact hours in free time.
Loading

Every time you open the app you are greeeted with a quote on the Loading Page. The app is installed with the 8 rotating quotes from the book that form the acronym C-R-U-S-A-D-E-S. If you grow weary of these 8 basic quotes, you can choose quote bundles based on themes. Closing and opening the app will refresh the quotes. Every morning, opening the app will reset the daily points to zero. Every Monday morning, opening the app will reset the daily and weekly points to zero.
