Level Up: The 4 Crusade Challenges

The Four Challenges

The 5-Year Crusade is a system of levels—each one designed to stretch your consistency, sharpen your discipline, and increase the time you give to your personal mission.

There are four Crusade Levels. You progress through them by earning enough points each week, and holding that score for four consecutive weeks.

Leveling up isn’t about speed. It’s about mastery.

How It Works

Every week, you track:

  • Your good habits

  • Your job hours

  • Your impact hours

  • Your slips from the habit fast

At the end of each week, you total your score.

Your weekly point total places you into one of four levels:

Crusade Level One: 99–110 Weekly Points

This is your foundation. You work full-time, repeat the six daily success habits, and resist two bad habits. No impact hours are required—yet.

Focus: Self-empowerment and daily structure.

Crusade Level Two: 112–125 Weekly Points

At Level Two, you begin to give extra time to your personal dream. You still work full-time and maintain your daily habits, but now you also commit to at least 5 impact hours per week.

Focus: Self-engagement and consistent extra effort.

Crusade Level Three: 126–140 Weekly Points

Level Three requires more. You keep your job hours and daily habits steady, but now you give 10 impact hours each week to your long-term goal. You must manage your energy, focus, and recovery more intentionally.

Focus: Time mastery and deeper commitment.

Crusade Level Four: 141–170 Weekly Points

This is the elite level. You maintain your job hours, daily habits, and now dedicate 20 impact hours per week to focused, high-impact work. Many claim to work this much—but few track it honestly.

Focus: Full alignment of your time with your dream.

The Mastery Rule of 4

To level up, you must earn the point range for that level four weeks in a row. Why? Because a single strong week proves potential—but four strong weeks proves consistency.

No skipping levels. No partial credit. You grow by doing the work—one honest day at a time.

What If I Miss?

If you fall below your target during a week, the 4-week streak resets. No shame—just feedback. You restart, recommit, and earn it again.

This system keeps you grounded. It’s not about hype or hustle—it’s about rhythm and results.
