Not everyone works 40 hours a week. Not everyone wants to build all six habits. Some people are full-time students. Others are semi-retired. The Crusade adjusts to your reality.

You don’t have to fit into a pre-set mold. You can build your own.

The Crusader’s Tracker app allows you to personalize your weekly challenge based on four settings:

1. Your Regular Job Hours

Input the average number of hours you work at your job each week.
This could be 40, 60, 25—or zero if you’re retired or a full-time caregiver. Your score will reflect your effort honestly and personally.

2. Your Weekly Impact Hours

Decide how much time you want to dedicate to your personal goal each week.
Maybe it’s 5 hours. Maybe 10. Maybe 20. The app uses this number to calculate your custom point goal.

3. Your Daily Habits to Track

Select which of the six daily habits you want to focus on right now. You don’t have to do all six to begin. Start with two or three—and build as you grow.

4. Your Two Habit Fast Challenges

Choose two high-dopamine behaviors to resist for the next 30 days. These are distractions that limit your focus and power. Examples include social media, alcohol, sugar, YouTube, or late-night Netflix. Select what matters most to you.

As you input your personalized values into the app, it will automatically generate a custom weekly point goal. That number becomes your challenge.

You can use the app to track your score each day, or write it down using the printable scorecard. Either way, you’ll know exactly what “winning” looks like based on your life—not someone else’s.
